A leading global consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to drive large-scale, front-office transformation programmes integrating sales, service, marketing, CRM, AI and digital to deliver measurable impact for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading major customer transformation programmes, from proposition design to delivery.
• Advising Banking and Insurance clients on integrating sales, service and marketing for seamless customer journeys.
• Winning and delivering multi-phased, high-value consulting engagements.
• Building trusted relationships with C-Suite executives and industry leaders.
• Driving innovation with CRM, AI, and digital solutions to improve performance.
• Managing and developing high-calibre consulting teams.

Required Experience:

• Significant consulting experience in customer transformation in Financial Services.
• Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-workstream programmes.
• Deep knowledge of customer strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement.
• Experience applying human-centred design, agile methods, and digital/AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

The Package:

• £90,000 – £100,000 base salary
