Customer Validation & Master Data Representative
Location: Sandwich (Onsite)
Contract: 8 months
Rate: circa £21 per hour (based on experience, INSIDE IR35)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Validation & Master Data Representative to support a Customer Account & Supply Management team within a global supply chain environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate customer master data, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality service across Direct‑To‑Pharmacy and Direct Account supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Validate and maintain customer master data in SAP, including new account setup and amendments
Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve data queries and obtain missing or updated information
Carry out licence and authorisation checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and GDP requirements
Monitor and resolve daily master‑data interface issues with external service partners
Manage customer enquiries, records, and audit‑ready documentation in line with SOPsSkills & Experience Required

Customer service experience handling complex queries (B2B experience preferred)
Strong IT skills, including MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work in a fast‑paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and EnglishThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to a regulated, high‑impact supply chain operation where data accuracy and customer focus are essential.
