What you'll do
You'll be at the heart of our customs classification service, helping clients get it right first time.
Classify products for UK, EU and US imports – giving clients clarity and compliance
Answer questions and solve classification queries – becoming their trusted expert
Keep our systems sharp – updating our TariffTel database when regulations change
Build relationships – you'll be on calls, in meetings, and helping clients every day
Suggest improvements – see something that could work better? Say so, and we'll listen

What you'll bring
Experience in customs, import/export or trade compliance
A solid grasp of WCO Harmonised System, Explanatory Notes, BTI's etc.
Confidence working with Excel and databases
A sharp eye for detail and the drive to get things right
Comfortable talking to clients and asking the right questions
Bonus points if you've worked in aerospace, automotive or engineering – or have 2–3 years' classification experience.
