Job Title: Cutover Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the transition phase of our ERP implementation programme covering a new ERP solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project delivery, with specific experience managing end-to-end cutover processes across complex technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the cutover strategy and a detailed cutover plan (covering rollback), including milestones, dependencies, tasks, owners, and timelines. Collaborate with technical, functional, business, and third-party stakeholders to ensure alignment of all cutover activities. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure all cutover activities are completed on schedule. Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutover execution. Facilitate cutover rehearsals and dry runs to validate readiness. Coordinate data migration, system switchovers, infrastructure changes, and production deployments. Monitor and report on progress, issues, and status during cutover execution. Work with the Test Manager to manage the post cutover smoke tests
