This London-based insurer is seeking a Claims Adjuster – Cyber & Crisis Management to join its Specialty Claims team. The role involves managing the full claims lifecycle, delivering an efficient and high-quality service to both internal stakeholders and clients.
The successful candidate will handle a range of claims across Cyber, Crisis Management (including product recall), Financial Lines, and related specialty classes, including both direct and reinsurance business (facultative and treaty).
Key responsibilities include claims adjudication, stakeholder communication, and contributing to effective claims outcomes, while also identifying trends that may impact the wider portfolio.
Candidates should have experience handling Cyber and/or Crisis Management claims within the London Market, alongside a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. Familiarity with claims systems (e.g. ECF2, DOCOsoft), strong dispute resolution skills, and the ability to build relationships are important for success in this role.
