Base pay range

Role: Cyber Strategy and Transformation Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

• Consultant – Up to £42,000
• Senior Consultant – Up to £59,000
• Manager – Up to £83,000

About the Role

Cyber security is a critical business issue in today’s digital world. This team is at the forefront of shaping cyber strategies and delivering transformation programmes that help organisations manage risk and enable growth. You’ll be part of a growing practice that brings together deep expertise, innovation, and a collaborative mindset to tackle complex challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement cyber strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and lead transformation programmes that enhance cyber resilience.
• Build governance frameworks and roadmaps to support regulatory compliance and cyber maturity.
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in cyber strategy, risk management, transformation, or security architecture.
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2, or NCSC CAF.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) or a degree in cyber security or a related field.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
