The Role

As a CyberArk Privilege Access Management (PAM) Architect, you will implement CyberArk solutions for Windows, Linux, databases and application onboarding. You will lead architecture, detailed design, integrations and operational best practices to ensure secure, scalable and compliant PAM deployments across enterprise systems.

Your responsibilities:

Architect, design and implement secure and scalable access management solutions using CyberArk. Provide detailed design and implementation expertise across CyberArk 9.x modules including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, AIM and Privileged Threat Analytics. Create and maintain architectural and design documentation to support CyberArk implementations. Integrate CyberArk with platforms including UNIX servers, Windows servers, databases and network devices. Perform health checks on CyberArk servers to ensure consistent and stable system availability. Lead CyberArk integrations with Windows, databases, UNIX and network devices across multiple projects. Support enterprise processes by understanding onboarding and offboarding workflows for different platforms. Manage upgrades and patching activities for CyberArk servers. Create and administer Safes, platforms and ownership structures within CyberArk. Configure and maintain CPM policies, including policy redistribution. Implement and manage Password Upload Utility processes. • Conduct audits, generate reports and resolve issues related to logins, permissions and user access. Support BAU operations such as SLA management, incident/problem handling, and monitoring via tools like SNOW, Rapid7 or SIEM platforms. Collaborate with developers, engineers and project managers to deliver successful CyberArk implementations. Apply understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Windows and Linux environments within PAM contexts.

Your Profile

Possession of relevant CyberArk certifications such as: CyberArk Certified Trustee, CyberArk Certified Defender, or CyberArk Certified Sentry.

Experience performing L3 support roles. Strong understanding of operational processes. Experience working in client‑facing roles. Experience working with international clients.
