You will be working for a dynamic South-West London based company delivering tailored outdoor and cycling event packages both in the UK and internationally.

Main duties:

Managing events of all sizes from concept through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and financial outcomes of each project

The Role:

- Plan, secure, and deliver outdoors private, corporate or charity events end to end

- Manage all administrative aspects with meticulous attention to detail

- Develop and nurture relationships with travel and accommodation providers

- Think out of the box and support broader business activities beyond your role

The Candidate:

- Knowledge and passion for cycling - Essential

- Able to commute to South-West London / Surrey

- Creative problem solving ability and excellent organisational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality

- IT literate – Confident with Microsoft Excel
