My client is looking for a D365 configurator to join their team This is a key role sitting between business and technology ensuring Dynamics 365 is configured to support marketing, membership, and operational teams effectively.
Experience/responsibilities:
Configure out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality to meet business needs
Translate business requirements into scalable CRM configurations
Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate
Support backlog refinement and solution design
Recommend improvements based on Dynamics best practice
Ensure CRM processes align with marketing and member lifecycle workflows
