Senior Product Manager – D365 F&O

We’re working with a global organisation looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their finance technology landscape.

This role will focus heavily on the D365 F&O platform, while also shaping the wider finance systems strategy. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation, improving processes, and ensuring technology aligns with broader business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for finance systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and define priorities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and projects
• Drive continuous improvement across finance platforms to increase efficiency and performance
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, risks, and budgets are effectively managed
• Champion agile ways of working, facilitating sprint planning and team collaboration
• Ensure high-quality delivery through close alignment with testing and QA processes
• Use data, insights, and user feedback to inform future development

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience working with finance systems (ERP experience is essential, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Proven track record of delivering complex system or product roadmaps
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and cloud-based technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or formal project management methodologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
• Background in finance-focused system implementations or transformations
