I am currently recruiting for a Damp and Mould Operative to join a housing association on a permanent basis covering the Swindon and surrounding areas.. This role involves working within occupied and void properties, completing repairs caused by damp and mould.

We are looking to speak to candidates with experience in any of the below: Mould washing Insulation (Loft and internal wall) Rendering Patching Damp proofing General building Installing air bricks, drains, sofits, gutters

This role is mobile, so you must have a full driving licence, and be able to complete a DBS check.
