Niyaa people are working with a well-respected housing association based in Portishead! They are looking for 3x Damp Mould and Condensation Surveyors to join their growing team on a 3 month temporary basis!

Role: Damp and Mould Surveyor Location: Portishead Contract 3+ months Rate: Up to £35 an hour

Responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: It is essential that you have a proven track record for delivering/managing multiple technical building projects. Good working knowledge of Health and safety regulations and good practices inclusive of Construction design management Carry out damp and mould surveys on social housing properties Using schedule of rates in your works
