Data Analyst (Financial Crime) / 12 Month Contract / Outside IR35 / Fully Remote / Immediate Start

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑driven Data Analyst . You will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory change is delivered effectively, using data to validate solutions, identify gaps, forecast impacts, and strengthen my clients overall financial‑crime control environment.

Skillset:

Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong understanding of Financial Crime screening processes, AML/CTF obligations, and regulatory expectations.
Ability to link data insights directly to operational efficiency and business strategy.
Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced and regulatory‑driven environment.
Role Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst within the UK Financial Services sector (Life & Pensions / Assest Management products experience desirable).
Must have experience working on Financial Crime project
Strong knowledge of data structures, data‑quality frameworks, and reporting tools.
Hands‑on experience developing MI dashboards and reporting solutions.
