Data Analyst

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Central London - 1 day per week in the office (flexible if you’d like to go in more)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker
• Add new fields and make updates within these Looker models
• Assist with basic data modelling using DBT
• Conduct ad-hoc and regular analysis to support the product and tech teams
• Support more senior analysts on larger BI projects
• Contribute to documentation of models, dashboards, and data sources
• Engage with stakeholders and respond to data requests as needed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

• 2 years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data role (flexible)
• Proficient with Looker and SQL
• Exposure to DBT is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI
• Good communication skills and some experience working with stakeholders

Interview Process:

1. Intro call and CV run-through
2. Take-home task, followed by a presentation on Teams
3. Virtual interview with a senior manager
4. Final F2F with C-suite leaders - covering behavioural, competency, and motivation questions
