Description As the Data Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by leveraging data to inform strategic and operational decision-making. Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, and working within the Group HSEQ team, your primary focus will be to collate date to facilitate contract performance improvement. You will play a key role in analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and translating data into clear, actionable insights that support performance improvement, compliance assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with operational teams, you will monitor performance and compliance data to identify emerging risks and areas requiring attention, enabling timely and informed decision-making. Your contribution will support the organisations ability to make evidence-based decisions and achieve its operational and regulatory objectives, while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
