At Sapphire Independent Housing we are on an exciting journey. We have grown the business, expanded and diversified so that we can deliver much needed accommodation and services in London and Hertsmere.

Now we are seeking a Data and Systems Manager to act as Sapphire’s in-house expert on the systems used and processes required to provide basic first line support of services to all customers. You will work with key outsourced suppliers to support training, continued operations and facilitate all the functionality Sapphire requires to operate effectively. You will manage the integrity of the Housing Management system, ensuring modules and data quality are maintained to meet Sapphire’s business objectives, and you will maintain good relationships with colleagues to ensure that the resources provided are used effectively, appropriate training is facilitated and all mitigations are adequately planned for.
