Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to interpret findings and define solutions.
• Support the Agile delivery process, working in sprints and engaging directly with IT developers.
• Assist in ensuring alignment with internal liquidity reporting requirements.
• Work across the full business analysis lifecycle, actively driving change.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to read SQL.
• Tableau experience.
• Understanding of ILAAP and product flow.
• Experience with large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity and financial services.
• Agile experience with adaptability to collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Flexible and proactive mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consulting within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in liquidity risk management.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions in financial reporting.

Other Details:

This role is part of a multi-year program to enhance internal liquidity reporting by migrating to a new strategic cloud platform. The position allows for hybrid working arrangements and is suited for those looking to make a significant impact within the finance change delivery function.
