Responsibilities include: Managing change control, incidents, and asset tracking Supervising and escorting third-party vendors Planning and carrying out IT hardware installations to strict Data Centre standards Decommissioning network hardware and cabling Maintaining accurate documentation and inventories Completing service requests within agreed SLAs Ensuring compliance with company, client, and manufacturer standards, health & safety, and security protocols
