Business Development Manager – Data Centres / Colocation

Location: UK-based (with access to London for weekly team meetings)

Package: £175,000 OTE | £70–85k base + uncapped commission

You’ll be responsible for winning new logo enterprise clients, selling high-value data centre solutions into organisations that rely on secure, resilient, high-performance infrastructure.


You’ll work closely with a top-performing Sales Director who is hands-on, supportive, and genuinely helps his team win deals — not just manage forecasts.


What we’re looking for

·      Proven track record in new business sales (enterprise level)

·      Experience selling technical or infrastructure-led solutions

·      Background in data centres, cloud, connectivity, or similar is ideal — but not essential
