Trevett Servicesare currently searching fora Data Centre Day Technician ideally with HVAP onapermanent basis, to work in a Data Centre environment , starting as soon as possible based in Hayes, with one of the UK's leading Globalcommercial real estate services & investment companies.

*For this role you will initially operate between 2 sites postcode areas E14 and E16*

Duties: Responsible for doing daily walk arounds to assess plant equipment status. Complete site inductions and accompanying PTW and other checks. Complete PPM, reactive maintenance, emergency and remedial maintenance. Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues. Take meter readings and ensure energy usage is optimal. Use job management systems to keep PPM Date up to date and job status aligns. Complete monthly generator testing at one of the sites. Carry out fire testing weekly Operation and trouble shooting of emergency lighting, BMS, AC System, VAV, Split Systems, AHU's, Generators, heating systems and HV Systems.
