Overview:
A global data centre services provider is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join its critical operations team in Northolt . This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for experienced high-voltage engineers looking to step into team leadership within a 24/7 mission-critical environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely and in compliance with strict operational, QHSE, and customer standards, while supervising a team of shift engineers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the delivery of all PPM and reactive tasks across the site Act as a High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP) on site Ensure full compliance with QHSE, statutory, and client-specific policies and procedures Manage scheduling for the day engineering team (holidays, absences, etc.) Deliver operational excellence across electrical and mechanical systems Control and supervise third-party service partners when required Liaise with management and escalate urgent issues promptly Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, EOP...
