Data Enablement Lead l Data products l Data Evangelist l Data Literacy l Databricks l Adoption Financial services l Stakeholder management l £680 PD l Outside IR35 l 6 months l Remote One of my international payments companies are rolling out a Data Mesh and need a sharp, people-focused specialist to drive adoption and build data literacy across teams in primarily the EU. What you'll do Run workshops, training and hands-on coaching. Help teams understand and use data products with confidence. Translate technical concepts into simple, practical guidance. Build lightweight playbooks, standards and best practices. Be the bridge between platform, data teams and business stakeholders. What you bring Strong communicator who loves enabling others. Experience in data literacy, data adoption or transformation programmes. Comfortable with Data Mesh concepts (no engineering required). Able to influence senior, multilingual, globally dispersed teams.
