Data Input Officer£13.91p/hr PAYE12 months (6 month review)East Cowes, Isle of Wight37 hours per week (Mon -Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-1pm)Inside IR35Due to continued growth, our client is looking to bring in Data Input Officers to support their busy operations team on site in East Cowes. These roles will sit between the office and the shop floor, focused on ensuring accurate allocation of standard costs and production hours across manufacturing processes.Role ResponsibilitiesAllocate standard hours daily to production job cardsIdentify and report discrepancies to Team Leaders / Group LeadersProduce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on standard hours coverageHighlight and track exceptions not covered by standard processesGenerate data, reports, and charts for disruption/diversion trackingSupport and train Team Leaders on new processes and systemsTypical Knowledge, Skills, and Qualification RequirementsEssentialHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident working with data and reporting toolsStrong communication skills across teams and departmentsAbility to interpret manufacturing / production reportsProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementQuick to learn new systems and processesIntermediate Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation)Good level of Maths & English (GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent preferred)DesirableExperience within manufacturing or procurement environmentsExposure to ERP systems (e.g. LN)Understanding of job card processes and conversion costsPlease note that this role is subject to security and export control restrictions.
