Job Title: Data Integration Engineer

Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract with potential to extend.

Location: London (5 days in office)

Rate: £650 - £700 inside umbrella

Knowledge required:

In-depth understanding of Data and Integration.
In-depth understanding of PL/SQL and TSQL
Good understanding on data quality, security, compliance requirementsExperience required:

Solid hands-on experience with SQL Server & Oracle databases.
Solid hands-on experience with Data Stage ETL tool.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, data modelling tools, creating data marts and various data integrations tools (Ex. SSIS, Data stage, Alteryx, etc.,),
Proven experience with regulatory reporting systems within the banking sector.
Data Modelling & Transformation
Creation of Data Marts
Tool & Platform Management
Experience with cloud storage solutions.Desirable:

Exposure to Azure, Databricks
Exposure to AQR Reporting for ECB
Exposure to Middleware technologies (IIB, Kafka, Message Queue)

Skills and aptitudes required:

Problem Solving and analytical skills, ability to analyse complex data issues, identify root causes and develop effective solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical people.
Good timekeeping
