Data Operations Lead - Contract 18 months Contract Inside IR35 - Daily Rate Negotiable We are seeking a Data Operations Lead to support a major digital transformation programme. This hybrid, long-term contract role is focused on ensuring high-quality, well-governed data is available across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Lead data extraction, mapping, cleansing, and storage activities Oversee data quality, governance, and data management practices Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of existing organisational data Collaborate with technical and business teams to support data readiness Identify data issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement Ideal Candidate Strong background in data management, data quality, or data migration Skilled in data extraction, mapping, cleansing, and governance Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced programme environment Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities ??
