Contract Data Owner – Installed Base & Renewal Platform
Contract: 6-month rolling, inside IR35
Day Rate: Up to £575
Our client, is looking for a skilled Data Owner to join their team on a 6-month contract starting 5th January. This role is central to the rollout and ongoing operation of their renewal platform, supporting multiple regions and ensuring the integrity and usability of installed base and renewal data.
What You’ll Do:
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and upload installed base and renewal POS data from multiple sources including NetSuite, local SQL databases, and vendor datasets.
- Collaborate with regional teams to resolve data gaps and inconsistencies.
- Ensure data quality, provide analysis, and validate data against APIs before platform go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data queries from implementation managers, business analysts, and regional managers.
- Document workflows, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to data governance and strategic alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing installed base or renewal data across multiple systems.
- Strong understanding of data quality, stewardship, and governance principles.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, SQL databases, and API integrations (OIC, SAP S/4HANA desirable).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, understanding regional business nuances.
- Experience in renewal operations, installed base management, or vendor quoting logic is a plus.
Success in this role is measured by:
- Accurate and timely data uploads for each regional go-live.
- Reduction of manual reconciliation and data errors.
- Positive feedback from regional teams and implementation managers.
- Documented and transferable data processes ready for future automation.
