We make health happen

Working in our UK support functions you’ll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. No matter your role, you’ll have an opportunity to do work that matters. Making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Bupa’s Data Office as a Principal Data Programme Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of complex, high-impact data initiatives that drive strategic transformation across the organisation. As a key enabler of our strategy, you’ll shape the operating model of the Data Office, embed best-in-class delivery practices, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. You’ll also play a critical role in building delivery capability, mentoring your team, and ensuring that data is used responsibly and effectively to improve outcomes for our customers, patients, and colleagues.
