Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Protection & Accounts Administrator with essential, hands‑on experience in both Data Protection and Xero. This point is extremely important — the role requires strong, proven knowledge of Data Protection and advanced Xero capability.
This position suits someone detail‑driven, proactive and confident working independently within a growing, forward‑thinking business.
Essential Experience
*
Must have strong Data Protection knowledge — conducting audits, managing SARs and ensuring compliance
*
Must have advanced Xero skills — invoicing, reconciliations, financial administration and maintaining accurate accounts
*
Excellent administration and organisational ability
*
Confident using Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office & Outlook
*
Must live within one hour of Long Bennington and have access to a vehicle
Key Responsibilities
*
Leading Data Protection audits and managing all Subject Access Requests
*
Managing all Xero accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations and financial admin
*
Day‑to‑day office administration and process management
*
Client onboarding and CRM/database maintenance
*
Supporting the Managing Director with operational and compliance tasks
*
Managing renewals, subscriptions and Companies House updates
