Data Quality Officer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Quality Officer within our organisation. This position is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely generation of reports that provide insights into our therapy services' performance and impact. The Data Quality Officer, with support from the Operations Manager, will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organisation's data reporting processes from end to end, including gathering data, analysing trends, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner. Working closely with various stakeholders, including management, external funders, staff and therapists, the Data Quality Officer will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and demonstrate the effectiveness of our therapy programmes and other services. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. A significant aspect of this role involves reporting to external funders, such as government agencies, foundations, and donors.
