We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable insurance company as a Data Reporting Manager on a permanent basis.
The role will primarily focus on setting and promoting high standards for data across the business, contributing to data governance and data modelling activities.
Key responsibilities:
Working with the business to ensure that stakeholders and users understand the value of data standards for reporting and compliance purposes Ensuring the use of automated data quality tooling where possible Ensuring that all data reporting activities are aligned with business objectives Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Data Owners and reporting on data issues faced across the business Acting as a champion across the business for best practice with data Ensuring that the business remains compliant with financial regulations
Key skills required:
Excellent data quality knowledge Understanding of data governance related tooling Experience working with PowerBI The ability to manipulate data and apply formulae Understanding of data sets specifically within the insurance industry
