Creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of predictive models within the claims department. Apply data science techniques to model customer behaviours to drive better decision‑making, improve the customer journey, business outcomes and cost controls. Adhere to our governance framework to keep data safe.
What we are looking for
Previous experience working with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks to create and maintain AI/ML models. Experience working with large, complicated datasets. An ability to manage your own workload and reprioritise when required. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills to share insights with technical and non‑technical audiences.
