Data Lead – Stafford (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Data Lead to manage large datasets and drive data-led decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Stafford (3 days per week in office)

Contract: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyse large, complex datasets.
• Develop insights and reporting to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and present findings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large datasets.
• Strong Power BI and data analysis skills.
• Some coding experience (e.g. SQL, Python or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
