This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in the enhancement and management of corporate applications within a vibrant team!\n\nJob Title: Data Technology Project Manager & Business Analyst \n\nJob Type: Temporary\n\nSalary Grade: £38,000- £40,000 dependant on experience\n\nLocation: Bootle\n\nHours: 35 Hours per Week\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs a Data Technology Business Manager & Business Analyst, you will:\n\nLead Projects: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans while ensuring effective communication throughout the project life cycle.\nCoordinate Application Life cycles: Work alongside application owners and ICT teams to manage corporate applications from inception to retirement.\nEnhance and Upgrade Systems: Review and analyse current applications to identify improvement strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs.\nGather Requirements: Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to convert high-level ideas into detailed functional and application requirements.\nDrive Innovation: Explore opportunities for integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the organisation, ensuring adherence to governance measures.Key Responsibilities:\n\nReport on project outcomes, advising relevant project boards on developments and key decisions.\nEnsure that new software applications meet functional requirements and user expectations.\nCreate analysis documentation, including business process maps and user stories, to guide development teams effectively.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance while striving to make a real difference in the communities we serve.What We're Looking For:\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducated to HND / Degree level or equivalent.\nPrince2 accreditation or similar project management methodology is desirable.Knowledge & Experience:\n\nSubstantial experience in ICT life cycle application management is essential.\nProven track record in implementing systems that deliver critical business information.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, particularly in writing user stories and managing product backlogs.\nStrong understanding of the data dependencies across integrated systems.Skills & Abilities:\n\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes swiftly.\nTenacity in achieving targets and delivering outcomes in the face of challenges.Why Join Us?\n This is more than just a job, it's a chance to be part of an enthusiastic team driving meaningful change.
