Concierge Assistant
Reports to: Concierge Host Team / Duty Manager - Clarges Mayfair
Location: Clarges Mayfair - Central London
Scope of Role:
The role of the Concierge Assistant is to provide the highest level of personalised customer care and service to all residents, internal employees / clients and directors in line with the agreed service standards and procedures.
First and foremost is to always be motivated, highly engaged to provide personalised world class customer care and service to all residents, internal employees / clients and directors in line with the agreed service standards and procedures. Ensuring every resident request is completed promptly and decisively, aspiring to make the impossible, possible!
To take responsibility for the daily pool testing and ensuring that packages and post are logged in the system.
Main duties and Responsibilities
Create and forge strong and effective working relationships with teams, stakeholders and residents alike to ensure needs are met and exceeded.
Maintaining and delivering Excellent Customer Service
Following up on requests to ensure that expectations are met and where possible exceeded, going that extra mile and providing celebrity service to everybody.
Influence and work collaboratively with all other departments to drive our strategy and vision.
Daily cleaning of the outside and lobby areas
Test pool Ph levels 3 times a day and log, and floors patrols
Delivering packages and luggage to and from apartments
Assisting Housekeeping with any extra cleaning duties, pool floor cleaning with cleaning machine, car gallery & mews
Maintaining staff welfare and discipline in line with company procedures
Excellent knowledge of all areas the building and plant rooms.
Overseeing contractors and service partners working on-site.
Ensuring that the security for the development is consistent and report any security concerns and breaches of security to the senior management or the relevant authorities.
Diplomacy and communication skills to handle any emergencies in a level-headed manner.
Occasionally cover the entrance lobby area when and if needed.
Having a positive impact on residents
Keeping the lobby clean and tidy
Assist with the delivery and support of the Building Safety Act 2022 where appropriate; ensuring that buildings are safe and feel safe for all stakeholders.
Individual Specifications:
Worked as a Concierge/Luggage porter in a 5-star residence/hotel.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand instructions and enforce directives.
Self-motivation and attention to detail.
Good attendance, appearance, and presentation.
Be responsive in emergency situations.
Team player.
Company requirements:
Concierge Assistant will report directly to the Concierge Host team.
Represent the company and their clients in a professional manner.
Provide the highest levels of service quality.
Be vigilant to the Health & Safety risks, dealing with such issues immediately.
Be responsive to residents contractors, visitors, vendors and general public.
Commitment to punctuality and support team function
Read, understand and apply assignment instructions.
Follow delegated instructions.
Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner, if required
Fully understand the emergency procedures for the building and ensure all team members follow.
Protect and respect any issued property/equipment.
Be able to carry out shift work on rota 12-hour shifts.
Remuneration:
18.5 days per annum paid vacation.

To work as part on the Concierge rota/ 12-hour shifts (3 on 3 off as template but it can change to accommodate business needs)
Salary: £31,590 p.a.
