Job Title: Day Concierge Location: West London, W3 Salary: £31k Full-time, 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, 42 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: The Concierge will be responsible for front-of-house customer service routines, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided in line with company standards. Main Duties: Act as an ambassador of the company brand, delivering excellent customer service both externally and internally. Interact in an enthusiastic and empathetic manner with residents, visitors, and colleagues. Answer phone calls and emails politely, identifying yourself and representing the brand professionally. Respond to complaints or concerns and find appropriate solutions, seeking support from the wider team where needed. Request additional training or learning if required to enhance service delivery.
