Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable first impressions? We are recruiting for two Day Concierge positions at an exciting new, ultra-prime residential development in Central London.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a flagship launch, supporting the sales journey from day one and helping to shape the resident experience within a prestigious, design-led environment.
As Concierge, you will act as the face of the developmentproviding a seamless, five-star service to residents, guests, and prospective buyers. You will play a key role in establishing the tone, standards, and reputation of this high-profile address.
The Role
Deliver a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all residents, visitors, and clients

Act as the main point of contact, handling enquiries with efficiency and discretion

Support the sales launch by welcoming prospective buyers and assisting with viewings and events

Provide tailored lifestyle and concierge services, including restaurant bookings, transport arrangements, and local recommendations

Coordinate deliveries, manage resident requests, and liaise with contractors and internal teams

Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, ensuring exceptional presentation and security standards at all times

Build rapport with residents, offering a personalised and anticipatory service

About You
Impeccably presented, articulate, and confident in a front-facing role

Experience within luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or five-star customer service environments

Naturally service-driven with a keen eye for detail

Able to build relationships quickly and represent a premium brand with credibility

Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused

Flexible to work a 4 on / 4 off rota, 12-hour day shifts

Salary: £32,500 per annum

4 days on / 4 days off rota

12-hour shifts

20 days holiday

Opportunity to join a high-profile development at launch stage and grow within a premium portfolio

Start date is targeted for early May to support the initial sales phase, ahead of full completion later in the year, possibility to start earlier.
