Day Maintenance Electrician Skyscrapert of London Up to £48,000 MondayFriday (Day Shift)We are currently seeking an experienced Day Maintenance Electrician to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial skyscraper in the City of London, working for a large, well-established Facilities Management company. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-profile building within a professional and supportive engineering environment.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems across the buildingPerform reactive maintenance and fault finding on lighting, power, and associated electrical systemsMaintain and service commercial lighting systems, including the Pro Logic lighting control systemLog and manage maintenance tasks using the CAFM systemConduct routine inspections and ensure all works comply with health & safety regulationsWork closely with the wider facilities and engineering team to maintain building performanceRequirements:Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferredExperience working within commercial building maintenanceExperience using CAFM systemsExperience maintaining lighting systems, ideally including Pro Logic lighting control systemsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesWhat We Offer:Salary up to £48,000MondayFriday day shift (excellent work-life balance)Opportunity to work in a high-profile City of London skyscraperPosition with a large, reputable Facilities Management companyLong-term stability and career progression opportunitiesIf you are an experienced electrician looking for a day shift role in a flagship commercial building, we would like to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
