We’re searching for a talented Day Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing team within a landmark commercial office space. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-spec environment — no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

\nElectrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution
\n
\nMechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC
\n
\nHVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units
\n
\nMonitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems
\n
\nTeamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team
\n
\nService Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services
\n
Your Work Pattern:

4 days on, 4 days off
\n
07:00 – 19:00
\n

What We’re Looking For:
\n
Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
\n
18th Edition
\n
Strong knowledge of commercial building services
\n
Experience in similar critical/commercial environments (e.g., banks, data centres, corporate HQs)
\n
Ability to work at heights outdoors (full training & PPE provided)
\n
