Job Title: Day Shift Engineer (Mechanical/Plumbing bias)
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Package: £44,000 + Training Opportunities
Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off 6.30am to 6.30pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Engineer to join my clients team, covering a dynamic prestigious site in Redhill. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical/plumbing systems.
Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, air handling units, fan coil units and other essential systems.
Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
Monitor BMS
Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Level 2 minimum in an Engineering related field, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing etc.
Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
Knowledge of commercial building systems
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
