Description
Ensure company disciplines, rules, and standards are consistently maintained. Maintain company assets to achieve maximum operational efficiency and reliability. Communicate effectively with Production teams and engineering colleagues. Maintain awareness and control of spare parts required for site plant and equipment. Operate in accordance with company procedures and documented standards. Carry out planned maintenance tasks in line with engineering and safety standards. Respond to and repair equipment breakdowns in a safe and timely manner. Complete remedial engineering works to plant, equipment, or site infrastructure as directed by the Engineering Manager. Proactively identify and report any safety risks or potential equipment failures Engineers work fixed night or day shifts, allowing for consistent sleep patterns, personal routines, and family commitments
