Debrief Clerk – Part-Time (Afternoons)

£14.29 per hour (this rate includes holiday pay)

Monday to Friday | 13:30 – 18:30

We are currently recruiting for a Debrief Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Motherwell.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working with paperwork and driver interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing driver manifests
• Handling and checking delivery paperwork
• Scanning PODs (Proof of Deliveries)
• Supporting drivers during the debrief process
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous admin or warehouse office experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
