The Role

You’ll operate across London (TW/SW/SE/KT/SM/BR/CR/CT/ME) visiting commercial premises to:

• Collect overdue B2B debts face-to-face
• Negotiate structured repayment plans
• Execute warrants where required
• Conduct PDV visits
• Gather meter reads and vulnerability data
• Secure payment agreements and protect company revenue

This is not desk-based credit control. It’s autonomous, field-led recovery work requiring resilience, judgement and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in field collections / enforcement / debt recovery
• Experience executing warrants or working within compliance frameworks
• Strong negotiation skills under pressure
• Comfortable working independently across a territory
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to pass DBS, FCA and credit checks
