Working as a Deburrer, you’ll focus on finishing CNC machined components to strict aerospace requirements. The environment is organised, well-equipped and professional, with a strong team culture and consistent workload. This Deburrer position suits someone who takes pride in precision and enjoys working with complex, high-tolerance parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deburr CNC milled prismatic and CNC turned parts to high aerospace quality standards
Finish external surfaces, internal features, and cross-drillings
Prepare and clean internal and external threads to specification
Use hand tools and air tools accurately and safely
Carry out final part marking and maintain documentation accuracy
Work from engineering drawings and customer specifications
Maintain a clean, organised work area in line with 5C principles
Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Deburrer within aerospace or precision machining environments
Skilled in the deburring of complex, high-tolerance components
Able to confidently interpret technical drawings and work independently
High level of attention to detail and strong quality focus
Positive, proactive attitude with a flexible approach
