Graduate Delegate Sales Executive | £26k-£27k OTE £35k-£40k (Year One) | London

The Role

This is a high-impact, high-reward sales role at the core of the business.


As a Delegate Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for selling high-value delegate passes—giving senior leaders access to our exclusive events and curated 1–2–1 meeting schedules.


You’ll:

  • Sell premium, high-ticket event passes to C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Pitch the value of invite-only access and curated 1–2–1 meetings
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to close
  • Hit targets, close deals, and directly drive revenue
  • Attend your events on-site to manager your delegates and sponsors
