In addition, they will have the opportunity to mentor and support members of the Delegate Sales team and deliver training and coaching to help achieve team success.What you’ll be doing:Following up new business leads and enquiries, via phone, emails, MS Team meetings and LinkedInIdentifying and account managing past multi-buyers and key customersBuilding, operating and maintaining our sales database, and supporting managing campaigns on SalesforceMentoring members of the Delegate Sales team, and delivering regular training & coaching sessionsWorking closely with the marketing, business development, research, and operations teamsJoining weekly team meetings and feeding back intelligence from the marketDevelop a deep understanding of the ag, food and nutrition sectors and keeping up to date with market trendsAttending summits and helping with the running of each event on the dayWhat you’ll need:Previous experience in B2B Telesales role selling to senior decision makers with a track record of high achievementExperience using Salesforce is essential with experience maintaining & managing campaigns highly desirableAbility to mentor, support and deliver training to junior team membersSelf-driven and motivated with the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenNatural curiosity and passion for sustainabilityAn international outlook and interest in current affairsProficient IT skills including MS OfficeAbility to speak additional languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic or Mandarin, is strongly desirableWillingness to travel to events to support on the day and flexibility in working hoursCompany Benefits and Initiatives Include:25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays – increasing by one additional day after 6 years, up to a maximum of 30 days.An additional day of leave for you to take on a cultural celebration day or on your birthday if you like.
