Our client, a well established Lloyd's market insurer, seeks an individual with detailed knowledge of the Lloyd's market, Delegated Authorities and Coverholder issues, and the Lloyd's Delegated Authority compliance process You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to identify training needs and provide development and support to the team You will be managing the DA Audit Team with responsibility for meeting service level standards for the business You will be responsible for managing and delivering the entire Coverholder/DCA audit programme and directly manage the Delegated Audit Team You will maintain the DA Audit Team's assurance plan for specific programme of Coverholder and DCA Audits You will build and maintain strong, effective relationships with stakeholders, working closely with external auditors and internal teams such as Compliance, Underwriting, and Claims. You will act as the primary interface with Lloyd's on all Audit matters in relation to BAU and future development You will oversee all audit recommendations across the portfolio, timely closure and reporting to the oversight committee You will manage the escalation of DA Audit issues through the appropriate internal and external committees You will provide regular analysis and MI reporting on audit programme progress and performance The company have a hybrid working model
