What you’ll be doing: Driving to customers' homes and interacting in a respectful, approachable and compassionate manner Delivering, installing, collecting and repairing a variety of healthcare and mobility equipment Demonstrating how to use equipment clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel supported Carrying out basic DIY tasks as part of installations or repairs Providing a high standard of customer service with empathy, care, and integrity Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including participation in an emergency on-call rota
