Win as a Team The Delivery Lead – Enterprise Data Platform Tech delivery role is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of complex data engineering and platform initiatives. This role involves scoping, planning, overseeing, governing, and reporting on the execution of Data platform/engineering and data management solutions on the Azure based Enterprise Data Platform. You’ll make an impact by
Own end‑to‑end platform engineering and automation delivery Lead data management & governance implementation on Enterprise data platform Define scope, objectives for the platform and data engineering/management initiatives and develop, implement comprehensive, structured delivery plans with engineering and platform team covering feature release schedules, dependencies, risk management, and change management processes Oversee the governance of complex data initiatives covering engagements/training, hub and spoke implementation and ensuring they adhere to defined timelines, scope, reporting and budgets
Your Skills And Experience
Proven experience managing the end‑to‑end delivery of complex data engineering and technical platform initiatives Production‑grade implementation experience of cloud platforms (Azure) and expertise in Azure Data Platform (ADLS Gen2, Azure Databricks, Data Factory), Purview for cataloguing and Ataccama for RDM/MDM and governance Data Engineering & Architecture – Strong knowledge of Lakehouse/Medallion architecture, Delta Lake, Spark (PySpark/SQL), streaming/CDC patterns Security & Compliance – Implement RBAC/ABAC, Managed Identities, PII/DLP controls, and ensure adherence to GDPR and enterprise security baselines Knowledge of analytics and BI tools like Power BI for visualizing data and delivering insights
