We are looking for Product Owners/Delivery Leads to execute across our Product squads at Muzz! As the Delivery Lead / Product Owner, you'll work across 2 squads, collaborating with design, engineering, data, and QA to achieve the company's product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize daily standups, retrospectives, cycle planning, and meetings effectively
• Refine backlog, include relevant bugs and technical tasks
• Coordinate with analysts and engineering leads for monitoring work
• Attend design signoff meetings, clarify and document comments
• Proactively unblock squads and coordinate with external stakeholders
• Communicate releases and translate technical changes into business updates
• Draft delivery projects in Linear post design signoff, linking work to business outcomes and quarterly initiatives

Assign tasks to squad members, scope tasks for QA, engineers, analysts, and draft technical considerations. Recognize contributions, assess performance, write documentation, and keep leadership updated. Work with leadership to understand project impacts.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced consumer tech environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and rallying them around outcomes

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with mobile-first products
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Coda, Thoughtspot, and Figma
