Delivery Manager (Minimum 9 Month FTC / Maternity Cover)

Troi Search are delighted to be working exclusively with The Gym Group as they look for a Mat Cover Delivery Manager to own a critical value stream for the business which looks at a customers "join journey" - experience in digital sales or acquisition or conversion, is key.

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of full stack digital projects within a value stream. This role involves managing a team of digital specialists, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Digital Delivery is also responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project meets the organisation's strategic objectives.

Within this value stream, you'll work quite closely with the Digital Marketing to enhance the "join journey" and make it as seamless as possible.

We're looking for someone with extensive Delivery experience where Digital Sales, Conversion & A/B Testing are the focus.

What we're looking for:

• Proven Delivery Expertise: Hands-on experience leading full-stack digital initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Comfortable managing complex backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring incremental delivery of value.
• Leadership in Action: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and delivery, creating an environment of trust, collaboration, and shared ownership.
• Agile Mindset: A confident Agile practitioner who champions continuous improvement and promotes team empowerment, servant leadership, and self-organisation.
• Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate delivery progress and technical complexity into clear, business-relevant updates.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders across internal teams and third-party partners, managing expectations and maintaining momentum.

Role details:

• Up to £58,000 + pro-rata'd package
